MDW Aesthetics Miami opened its doors in 2025 inside the Infinity Building in Brickell -- one of Miami's most dynamic neighborhoods. Dr. Mina Ayad, MD, founded the practice after years of observing a gap in the Miami aesthetic market: patients wanted premium results but felt pressured into overdone treatments at high-volume clinics.

The MDW Experience: What Visiting Our Brickell Clinic Feels Like

Your visit begins with a personal consultation where your practitioner sits with you, examines your facial anatomy, and discusses your goals in detail. If you decide to proceed, treatment happens the same day in many cases. Botox appointments take about 15 minutes. Filler sessions run approximately 30 minutes. PRP treatments may take up to 60 minutes, including blood draw and preparation.
