Services

MDW Aesthetics Miami provides aesthetic medical services including but not limited to Botox (Jeuveau), lip filler, dermal filler, PRP treatments, microneedling, and related consultations. All treatments are elective aesthetic procedures performed by licensed medical professionals under the medical direction of Dr. Mina Ayad, MD.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment at MDW Aesthetics Miami. Certain treatments may have additional eligibility requirements based on medical history, current health conditions, pregnancy status, or other clinical factors. Your provider will assess your eligibility during your consultation.

Informed Consent

Prior to any treatment, you will be required to sign an informed consent form. This form describes the treatment, expected outcomes, potential risks and side effects, alternative options, and aftercare instructions. You have the right to ask questions and receive satisfactory answers before consenting to any procedure.

Pricing and Payment

• Treatment prices are published on our pricing page and confirmed during your consultation.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, credit card, and Apple Pay.
• Aesthetic treatments are not covered by medical insurance.
• Prices are subject to change. Published prices are effective as of the date listed on our pricing page.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may affect future appointment availability. Contact our office at (786) 788-8626 to modify your appointment.
